PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days. However, during peak sales events or holidays, please allow for slight delays. Should you need to modify an order after it's been placed, do contact us promptly at contact@soothingwick.com. We can't guarantee changes, but we'll do our best to assist.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We're pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on all contiguous U.S. orders exceeding $50. After being collected and logged by our carrier, delivery timelines are determined by the carrier and destination. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way. However, the tracking status may take 48-72 hours to update. Once dispatched, we relinquish control over the package's journey, and we can't assume responsibility for lost or stolen items.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Currently, we're shipping only to the United States. If we expand to international shipping, the new destinations will be updated here. Fees are based on package weight and destination and incorporate any applicable duties and taxes. This means no additional charges for you later.
EXCHANGES + RETURNS
Soothing Wick permits returns for any candle that remains undamaged, unburned, and unaltered (like surface scraping) within 14 days of receiving the candle(s). Upon request, we will provide a return shipping label. However, original shipping costs will not be refunded and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs which will be deducted from the refund. As the buyer, it's your responsibility to pack the candle safely and securely to avoid damage during transit. Soothing Wick won't be responsible for returns damaged due to inadequate packaging. Once your return is received, please allow up to 72 hours for processing.
Damage or Defects
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it. For any defective, damaged items, or incorrect items received, inform us immediately. For damages, it's essential to email us detailed photographs along with a description within 48 hours of receiving the package. Always check products before first use. Retain your receipt or proof of purchase for any returns or exchanges.
NOTE
While our candles are crafted with care and precision, they aren't immune to the effects of prolonged heat. Shipping during summer or hot spells can sometimes result in the candles softening or even melting. For the best possible experience, we suggest having the delivery directed to a location that offers protection from the sun and maintains a cooler temperature. We deeply value your patronage, but it's crucial to understand that if products are compromised due to being left out in the heat, we cannot be held accountable.
